Engineering Services
Our
Maintenance Engineering Services include Repair and Maintenance of electrical
and electronic boards, equipment and systems.
We have the expertise to trouble-shoot production and automatic
equipment including instrumentation, automatic test equipment, machinery, test
handlers, and production machines. Repairs can be done at site or at our own
facility. We have helped customers repair Programmable Logic Controller based
equipment, embedded controller based systems, data acquisition and control
systems, and various types of field instruments and controllers.
We also provide Maintenance Contract Services where we will manage the
preventive maintenance and maintenance of equipment at the customers facility
including daily maintenance, production support and management of spare parts.
We can undertake equipment upgrades, including documentation and training.
We have helped organizations implement Computerized Maintenance Management
Systems, Total Productive Maintenance programs, Autonomous Maintenance
programs, Skills Development Program, Breakdown reduction programs, Preventive
Maintenance and Proactive Maintenance programs. We have helped organizations

We can undertake both Analog and Digital Circuit design, including embedded controller systems design. We can build test and instrumentation systems, and custom build production and process automation systems. Or we can undertake a complete product design converting your ideas to a fully marketable product.
