Free Introductory Service  Introducing internet-based Technical documentation. You send us your sketches and hand-drawn drawings (electronic circuit diagrams, electrical schematics, pcb layout, pneumatic drawings, or mechanical drawings, PLC ladder diagrams, etc). via fax or email (scanned drawings), and we will generate proper engineering drawings. We can compile the drawings and write up a technical manual for your equipment or circuit boards. If your circuit diagrams are complete, we will develop a theory of operations section for the manual. For equipment that we are familiar, we will generate a preventive maintenance procedure, where applicable recommend calibration procedures, and a 'repair and trouble-shooting guide'. We have Electronic Design Automation tools and other simulation tools to simulate and test your circuits, and we can simulate your circuits under test conditions you specify, and provide test reports. Our facilities include tools to simulate Pneumatic Circuits, Electrical Circuits and Electronic Circuits. We also have a limited capability to simulate Programmable Logic Controller programs written in Ladder logic. For select types of embedded controllers, we offer dis-assembly and documentation capability. We can also test and simulate the code in embedded controllers - but for a limited range of microcontrollers and microprocessors only. Please contact us for specific requirements.
We can generate the following files:

For a limited time, we offer this service free:

Why free? First, we will like to introduce this service to you. And we want to learn! We need to know if there is a demand for this service. We want to understand the client's end expectations. What are the challenges in offering this service. What resources will be needed? Is the range of Design Automation Tools we have, adequate to provide this service? Do we need additional equipment and tools? Can our scanner handle the clients needs? Can our existing manpower handle such a task? Is there a demand to warrant us investing in additional resources? What is the turn around time expected by the client? What will it cost?

What do we offer? We already undertake Technical Documentation services where we will send our engineers to study your plant and provide you with a quote and proposal. The free service is a web-based technical documentation service. This eliminates the cost of engaging an engineer but it introduces the challenge of you communicating what you need. Hopefully all the information is available, in scraps of paper and bits of worn out paper that you can fax or scan and send to us. We will attempt to document and deliver as much as we can with the resources we have.

When? The service is available immediately and for a limited time will be offered free (certain conditions apply).

Are there any conditions? Yes, we regret that there are conditions. If you wanted to document your entire food processing plant, we will not do it for free. The free service is for small projects only. We will study your project and if you qualify, we will do it for free. What we are hoping is that you will have small equipment or circuit boards or small electrical and pneumatic equipment that you wish to have documented. Maybe, you have lost the PLC program manual of a small machine or the code of an embedded controller system? If you copy the code and send us the raw code, we will send you the documentation for that code. Something we feel we can manage and provide via the internet. You can send as many small projects as you wish. You can even take the entire food processing plant, break it up into small manageable projects and send to us. We will consider it. But we reserve the right to choose what we think we can handle!

Is it really free? Yes, for projects that qualify, the service is free. What we ask is you give us feedback and recommendations on how we can improve and make this web-based technical documentation a viable business service?

So please send us your requirements? Please email your projects to ksa2020@bigfoot.com Thank you.
